Tipical Food








Sardinia, an island where the air smells of myrtle and salt. Pecorino cheese, tuna and lobster, suckling pig and lamb, bread and honey are the flavors of this ancient land. Simple ingredients that create a tasty local cuisine and austere. The most famous dish is meat: lamb and pork scented myrtle. This food has thousands years of history.                      

Sardinian wines are strong and scented... of flowers and salt... red and white, all island has grapeyards and olive trees of excellent quality.


Geography Position

 In the middle of the mediterranean sea, some ancient legends talk about this like Atlantis land, land of giants, Sardinia is a stormy and big island, with ancient mountains and nice plans and valley. A land of ancient volcanos, probabbly the ancient land in the mediterranean sea. Coasts are all around and look to africa, Italia and Spain.. So this island was in the centuries land of conquer.. Climate is good and warm. The wind in this island is the king.

A tropical island in the middle of the Mediterranean, rocks, wind, forests and animals along ancient traditions that people brings with it thousands of years make this island a unique place in the world. The white beaches, red rock, gray granite and the scents of this land will conquer your soul



Sardinian History

Sardinia has a long history and rich mix of Nuraghs, domination, struggles and much more. The first inhabitants of Sardinia are traced back to the Neolithic period, since Sardinia has had a varied history and above all unique, the island has always been difficult to conquer for all, and yet by the various conquests was born what the locals call Sardinian's  identity. 
The History of Sardinia is very curious, as there is no other region of the findings in Italian. In many cities today are still numerous historical artifacts, many of historical periods . In this regard it is worth mentioning the Fantastic Nuraghs, the marvelous rocks buildings which are still visited by many tourists.
